A slow town of wooden houses and a crystal-clear river at the edge of the sea.
Akyaka is a small town at the head of the Gulf of Gökova, known for its distinctive wooden-balconied houses and the Azmak, a spring-fed river so clear you can see every stone on its bed.
It is a Cittaslow (slow city) and one of the best places in Türkiye for kitesurfing. We plan it for calm, nature and good food.
