Rize is Türkiye's tea capital: steep hillsides covered in tea bushes run down to the Black Sea, and behind them rise the Kaçkar Mountains with their summer highland villages.
We plan Rize for nature — the Fırtına Valley, the Ayder plateau and mountain villages above the clouds — ideally combined with Trabzon.
